How it works.
Sign in
With your e-mail address, Steam or your PESTBOUND ID.
Link your game
Prove your PESTBOUND ID with a signature from the game. It becomes superadmin.
Choose and pay
Plan, region and name. Secure payment via Stripe.
Play
Your server starts within minutes and appears in the in-game server browser.
Questions
How do I cancel?
Under Account › Billing (Stripe customer portal). The server keeps running until the end of the paid month; a final backup is kept for 30 days.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your server keeps running while Stripe retries the payment and e-mails you. If it still fails after 7 days the server is stopped (your world is kept). After a further 14 days it is deleted, with a final backup.
Can I change the plan?
Yes, in the customer portal. The price is prorated and the slot limit changes at once.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the server starts immediately at your request, it ends once provision begins – you confirm this explicitly when ordering.
Where does my game account ID come from?
The game creates a key pair on first start. Your ID (of-…) is shown under Settings › Game › Account ID. We verify it with a signature – nobody can claim your ID.
