Surrendering
F5 raises your hands. You can only be tied up while surrendering, and only by someone right next to you. A surrendered or tied-up player cannot sprint.
Binding materials

A tied-up player cannot use tools, only struggle: hold the struggle action until you break free – letting go starts over. Stronger bindings take longer. Another player can free you with the right tool, or by hand.
